Amela Kolenovic serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Growzillas, where she plays a vital role in guiding the company’s growth strategies and initiatives. With over two decades of professional experience in Organizational Development and Process Management, Amela has honed her skills in both the private and public sectors. Her expertise includes leading transformations in business models, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing enterprise value.

At Growzillas, Amela holds a senior position and joined our team just last year. During her time here, she actively contributed to the company’s process automation efforts, resulting in increased transparency, efficiency, and productivity.

Amela is a graduate of Kingston University in London, holding a master’s degree in International Politics and Economics. Her experience extends to project management methodologies, with a specialization in Lean and Six Sigma.

Before joining Growzillas, Amela built a wealth of experience at renowned organizations such as OSCE, Raiffeisen Bank, Gazprom Neft, and Luxembourg Development. Now, she brings this extensive background to contribute to the growth of Growzillas.
